Before purchasing a digital product:
Check the file type of the product (such as .pdf, .doc, .xls, .ppt, etc). Make sure you have the software to open the file before purchasing and/or downloading the file.
Printable PDF files require pdf reader software. You can download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader at get.adobe.com/reader/
Word, Excel or PowerPoint presentations require Microsoft® Office software.
We want you to be thrilled with the products you purchase from EdVentures4Kids.com and we do everything in our power to ensure you get top notch products. However, sometimes there may be a problem—your order may not be correct or you may not like what you get.
If this happens, give us a chance to make it right.
Due to the nature of digital products, our policy is NO RETURNS after purchase.
Digital Product Return Exceptions
- If you have not downloaded the product, we will refund your payment.
- Once downloaded, digital products may not be returned for refund.
- If the file is corrupted or does not work correctly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement file.
- If you are dissatisfied with your digital product for reasons other than defect, we may offer a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
- We reserve the right to refuse replacement products to customers who abuse this privilege.
